Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Building Maintenance&nbsp;Manager to become a part of our team! Candidates will oversee the onsite Maintenance and Property Management for a 50,000 sf medical building in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, overseeing all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems. The Building Maintenance&nbsp;Manager will work directly with contractors and vendors on various tasks and projects. The Building&nbsp;Maintenance&nbsp;Manager will be the direct contact for our tenant(s) and respond to their needs. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Investigate and resolve tenant complaints</li>
<li>Update and improve properties to increase return on investment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>General Maintenance skills required - 5+ years</li>
<li>Previous experience in property management or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with tenants</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
