Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Project Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end logistics project planning, onboarding, implementation, and execution. Manage multiple concurrent projects, including your own, ensuring deliverables, scope, and budgets are met.

Documentation & Reporting: Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, procedures, and performance reports.

Operational Oversight: Manage daily activities including billing, deadlines, and project tasks. Monitor and adjust as needed to meet objectives.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse teams to coordinate and achieve operational goals.

Financial Reporting: Analyze, forecast, and present detailed financial reports including budget status, cost analysis, and project profitability.

Executive Communication: Prepare and present project proposals and bids for executive approval.

Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics operations.

Inventory Oversight: Conduct daily inventory analysis, resolve discrepancies, and manage inbound and outbound logistics.

Transportation Management: Optimize transportation routes, negotiate with carriers, and onboard new partners to ensure reliable and economical delivery.

Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to safeguard timelines and client satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments to align project outcomes with business objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of logistics trends and technologies to drive operational efficiency and process optimization.

Meeting Facilitation: Lead internal and external project meetings with stakeholders to align on goals and progress.

Technology Integration: Leverage tools and systems to streamline logistics workflows and support operational excellence.

Additional Duties: Perform other project and logistics-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics Project Management, with a strong background in 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, and supply chain operations.

At least 3 years managing high-end or strategic clients.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business.

Proven financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, forecast, negotiate, and produce analytical reporting.

Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Strong vendor and carrier management skills, with routing and transportation optimization knowledge.

Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
