Clinical Responsibilities
· Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming
· Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
· Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
· Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
· Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
· Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
· Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
· Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint
What Sets You Apart
Required
· Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
· Active BCBA certification in good standing
· Current 8-hour supervision certificate
· State licensure where applicable
· Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
· Authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
· Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a school-based, center-based, or hybrid setting
· Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
· A collaborative mindset with a track record of strong family and team relationships
