Pharmacist In Charge
HealthCare Support is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to support a well-known Closed-Door Pharmacyin Farmington, MI!

Compensation
- $65- $72/hr. (depending on experience)
Shift
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Daily Responsibilities
- In this role, you will provide clinical consultative services to patients while offering therapeutic recommendations to nurses, physicians, and other hospice team members. Responsibilities include conducting and evaluating medication profiles and histories, assessing compliance, and recommending regimen adjustments to optimize therapeutic outcomes using sound clinical pharmacy principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Clear and Active Pharmacist license in MI
