Cigar Circus is looking for a reliable, motivated Retail Associate to join our team. If you have a strong hospitality background and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service in-store
- Assist customers in the humidor and with product selection
- Support daily retail operations (POS, restocking, organization)
- Help create and post social media content for the store
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Interest in cigars (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Comfortable using social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Dependable, team player mindset
