Job Description

Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools to build strong talent pipelines.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and overall fit for open positions.
- Partner closely with an Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry contacts to gain market knowledge, referrals, and sales leads.
- Perform a variety of customer service-related activities to support both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Engage with and support the local community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and contribute to a competitive, results-driven environment.
- Utilize computer systems and tools to track candidates, manage job openings, and document recruitment activities.
Essential Skills
- Demonstrated customer or sales-focused experience, such as retail, hospitality, inside sales, or client-facing roles.
- Experience collaborating in a team environment and contributing to shared goals.
- Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use common office software and online tools for sourcing and tracking candidates.
- Motivation to work in a dynamic, competitive environment with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required).
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition is a plus.
- Sales or business development experience beyond entry level is an advantage.
- Comfort using various recruiting and sourcing platforms and online job boards.
- Interest in professional growth within recruiting, account management, or sales career paths.
- Willingness to engage in community and philanthropic initiatives as part of the role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
