Compensation:

$125,500 - $292,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity.
  • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and resources to generate leads and expand client base effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management is advantageous.
