FLSA Status: Part-time, hourly
Hours include evenings, nights, and weekends

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and organized Pro-shop Attendant who thrives in a sports environment. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a high-volume sports facility and see firsthand what it takes to run successful programs and engage athletes and their families.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet players, families, and coaches with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Manage scheduling for lessons, camps, clinics, and facility rentals using booking software
- Handle phone and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, programs, and events
- Assist in selling memberships with knowledge about benefits of joining, etc.
- Facilitate check-ins for camps, clinics, lessons, cage rentals, and special events
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and retail area
- Assist management with minor administrative and facility-related tasks
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of training areas and events as needed
- Restock refrigerator and concession stand as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Passion for baseball, softball, or sports in general
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Software requirements using Microsoft Office with the ability to learn other systems
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods of time
