Patent Litigation Attorney (Fully Remote)

A nationally recognized intellectual property litigation practice is seeking a Patent Litigation Attorney to join its team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes patent disputes in federal courts and before the PTAB, representing innovative companies across a range of industries. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, strategic thinker, and experienced litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Salary range: $200,000 - $300,000, commensurate with experience and seniority

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (additional admissions a plus)
  • 3+ years of patent litigation experience
  • Experience litigating patent cases in federal district court
  • Experience with PTAB proceedings (IPRs, PGRs) preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently in a remote environment
