Patent Litigation Attorney (Fully Remote)
A nationally recognized intellectual property litigation practice is seeking a Patent Litigation Attorney to join its team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes patent disputes in federal courts and before the PTAB, representing innovative companies across a range of industries. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, strategic thinker, and experienced litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Salary range: $200,000 - $300,000, commensurate with experience and seniority

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (additional admissions a plus)
- 3+ years of patent litigation experience
- Experience litigating patent cases in federal district court
- Experience with PTAB proceedings (IPRs, PGRs) preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently in a remote environment
