Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare services, including facials, extractions, and customized treatments
- Perform laser treatments, chemical peel microneedling
- Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses
- Recommend at-home skincare regimens and products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
- Build rapport with clients and foster repeat business
- Keep current on skincare trends, tools, and techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Valid esthetician license in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of two years of experience in a spa or clinical setting
- Laser training and experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and continuous learning
- Professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
