ABOUT DREAMCLEAN123
Dreamclean123 is a locally owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving Franklin County and surrounding communities throughout Western Massachusetts. We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to support residential, commercial, janitorial, and school-related cleaning assignments in the Greenfield area.
We provide training, support, and opportunities for increased responsibilities and work availability based on performance, reliability, assignment needs, and business demand.
WORK LOCATION
Assignments are currently available throughout:
• Greenfield, MA
Additional assignments may be available throughout Franklin County and nearby Pioneer Valley communities based on client needs and operational requirements.

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Summer Cleaning Assignments (Currently Hiring)
• Approximately 3 days per week
• Approximately 3 hours per shift
• Evening assignments typically beginning around 4:00 PM
School-Year Cleaning Assignments
• Approximately 5 days per week during the school year
• Anticipated start in July based on assignment availability
• Consistent weekday scheduling may be available when school-related assignments are active
Vacation / Coverage Assignments
• Approximately 3 days per week as needed
• Flexible scheduling based on coverage requirements
• Typical start times around 4:00 PM
Expanded-Hours Opportunities
• Additional assignments may become available based on client demand and operational needs
• Potential for increased work availability during peak periods and special projects
SCHEDULE & HOURS
• Evening-focused assignments are most common
• Typical start times range between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM
• Weekly hours vary based on assignment availability, client demand, and business needs
• Additional hours may become available during peak seasons, deep-cleaning projects, school breaks, and coverage periods

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
• Perform residential, commercial, janitorial, and school facility cleaning services according to company standards and assignment requirements
• Follow cleaning checklists, procedures, and quality standards
• Safely use cleaning products, chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards as appropriate
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Represent Dreamclean123 professionally at client locations
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills
• English proficiency preferred for communication with management and clients
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
TRANSPORTATION
• Reliable transportation is required for travel to assigned work locations
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on assignment responsibilities
• Mileage reimbursement may be available for eligible work-related travel in accordance with company policies
• Transportation assistance, if available, is determined based on operational needs and is not guaranteed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform cleaning tasks throughout a work period
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to approximately 30 pounds
• Ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions during scheduled assignments
TRAINING & SAFETY
• Training and onboarding support provided as applicable to assignments
• Training may include workplace safety procedures, chemical handling, PPE use, equipment operation, and quality standards
• Ongoing support and development opportunities may be available
COMPENSATION
• $18.00–$20.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, reliability, assignment requirements, and applicable work arrangement
• Paid training may be provided where applicable
• Mileage reimbursement may be available for eligible travel
• Opportunities for increased work availability and responsibilities based on performance and business needs
