What You'll Do
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet customer specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
- Maintain quality, productivity, and a clean, safe work area
- Work collaboratively to meet production schedules and customer expectations
Requirements:
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of CNC machine operating experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude, math, and basic computer skills
- Personal measuring tools and basic hand tools
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
