Job DescriptionLHH is assisting a downtown Fort Worth big law firm seek a Corporate Legal Assistant. This role will provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys in the corporate section. They will manage document preparation, court filings, scheduling, and client communication.
Benefits:
- Salary ranges from $60,000 - $70,000 DOE
- Paid Parking
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401K after 30 days
- PTO = 20 days (years 1-5)

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years as a legal secretary
- Typing speed: 65 WPM
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, pdfDocs, Imanage (or similar), Elite Webview (or similar).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication and discretion with confidential information.
Core Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit legal documents
- Handle filing with courts and agencies.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and manage messages.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Assist with timekeeping and billing processes.
