Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - DevOps position for our client.

Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 12 months

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps-focused Application Developer with strong Azure and Kubernetes experience, solid Java development background, and preferably a telecom (AT&T) background. The role involves building, deploying, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain applications in a DevOps environment.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
Automate infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and cloud infrastructure issues.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes.
Strong Java development experience.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps automation tools.
Preferred: Telecom industry experience, particularly AT&T.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
