Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or compact RN license in hand
- Minimum 1 year of acute inpatient rehab or Med/Surg nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic charting experience required
- Experience with blood glucose monitoring and care/management of ports
- Community hospital experience required
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
- Strong communication, organization, and patient education skills
- First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric rehabilitation patients
- Perform assessments, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition
- Manage medications, blood glucose checks, ports, IV therapy, and related nursing interventions
- Support patients with mobility, wound care, safety, and discharge readiness
- Document care accurately in Epic and maintain clear communication with the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support services to promote positive patient outcomes
- Float to MS/Tele when needed and provide dependable team coverage
- Maintain a patient ratio focused on safe, quality care
