Job Title: IT Consultant – Human Capital (Senior / Full Stack Developer)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior / Full Stack Developer to support the development, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise human capital applications. This role involves working across the full technology stack to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development
- Design and develop front-end components using Angular and modern UI frameworks
- Build and enhance backend services and APIs using .NET technologies (C#)
- Develop scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions
Database & Performance Optimization
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases
- Write and tune queries and stored procedures for performance and reliability
Security & Compliance
- Implement secure coding practices
- Integrate OAuth-based authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards
Support & Collaboration
- Troubleshoot application issues and support system enhancements
- Participate in code reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Angular (including RxJS, component architecture, state management)
- Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, Web APIs, backend development)
- Hands-on experience with OAuth and secure authentication patterns
- Proficiency in SQL Server (database design and performance tuning)
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and cybersecurity standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure)
