Compensation:
$83,500 - $155,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by leveraging our robust lead generation system to connect with potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with excellence.
- Guide clients through the buying or selling process, providing expert advice and support at every step.
- Collaborate with our dynamic team to share insights and strategies that enhance overall performance.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline transactions and improve client experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
- Manage your schedule effectively to balance client meetings, property showings, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active NC Real Estate License, and a SC License is a plus!
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
- Ability to leverage technology and digital tools to market properties and engage with potential clients effectively.
- Strong communication skills to guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step.
- Proven ability to negotiate offers and contracts, securing favorable outcomes for clients and maintaining professional integrity.
- Familiarity with the Raleigh-Cary real estate market, including current trends and property values, to provide informed advice.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies to foster mutual success and growth.
