SQL Database and Python Programing and Engineer

This is a great opportunity for a recently graduated individual.

North American Recovery, Utah’s premier collection agency, is hiring for an entry-level SQL Database and Python Programming Engineer who can use structured query language to develop, test, and implement software solutions. We are seeking a service-oriented, self-motivated professional, to support all aspects of our Report Generation and Data Management needs for our 60 full-time employees. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also work closely with our Senior Management team to assist with their data management and technology related requirements.

Essential Functions

Create and modify reports as needed using our proprietary report program written in Python programming language.
Manage our SQL Database program as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software.
Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their data management needs or technical issues.
Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
Test, evaluate, and make recommendations about new technology for the business.

Skill Requirements & Education requirements

Extensive familiarity with both SQL Databases and Python Programming Language.
Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with data needs and technical challenges.
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects
4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
Experience in data analytics and data visualizations
Self-motivated with keen attention to details and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Income

Starting pay for this position is $37.00 per hour or $75,000 per year.
