Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Provide a full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-up visits, and comprehensive medical management for residents </li>
<li>Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care </li>
</ul>
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NJ </li>
<li>Minimum of 6 months NP experience </li>
<li>Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred </li>

</ul>
Schedule: 
· Full time – Monday till Friday 
 
Compensation &amp; Benefits: 
<ul>
<li>Competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $155,000 </li>
