JOB SUMMARY

The Revenue Cycle Operations Administrative Assistant is position under general supervision, performs moderate secretarial and administrative support for daily office operations, administrative projects, meeting preparation and special assignments.

You will:

  • Serves as a liaison between executives, managers, employees, visitors, vendors, and external partners.
  • Oversees daily office operations and reception functions, ensuring professional communication and efficient handling of telephone, mail and visitor services.
  • Manages office supply and equipment inventories, including ordering, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversees office facilities, including maintenance, housekeeping, office layout, equipment repairs, building access, security, and coordination with property management.
  • Supports Human Resources with administrative functions, including onboarding, new hire safety checklists, and company-related notarizations.
  • Coordinates facility safety initiatives, including workplace postings, safety walkthroughs, emergency preparedness activities, and compliance with facility requirements.
  • Maintains office security by monitoring visitor access, issuing temporary badges, and following established security procedures.
  • Supports employee engagement activities by participating on the Spirit Committee, managing departmental communications, coordinating office celebrations, and assisting with company-sponsored events.
  • Develops, communicates, and maintains office procedures and administrative best practices.
  • Coordinates office technology and telecommunications with internal IT, provides basic technical support, and maintains technology inventory.
  • Copies and faxes documents while maintaining office files and other information tracking systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

If You Are:

  • Working knowledge of computers, including Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to handle moderately complex assignments under minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally.
  • Mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work effectively both independently and with others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Two to four years prior experience in similar role.
  • New York Notary Certification Public strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
