NOW HIRING: DRIVER – RECOVERY & TREATMENT SERVICES
We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and positive Driver to provide transportation for individuals participating in our residential treatment and sober living programs.
This position is about more than just driving from one place to another. Our drivers interact with residents every day and are an important part of creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging recovery environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, treatment appointments, work, job interviews, meetings, pharmacies, and other approved destinations
- Ensure residents arrive at scheduled appointments safely and on time
- Follow transportation schedules and communicate promptly regarding delays or changes
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and motivating attitude with residents
- Encourage residents as they work toward recovery, employment, independence, and personal goals
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Follow all program policies and transportation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of program vehicles
- Immediately report vehicle concerns, incidents, accidents, or safety issues
- Complete required transportation logs and documentation accurately

- Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to safely operate program vehicles
Recovery experience or experience working in behavioral health, treatment, sober living, human services, or transportation is a plus but not required.

The counselor will provide individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, document client progress, coordinate care, and support residents as they work toward their recovery goals.
