???? Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Complete oil changes, brakes, tires, inspections, and general service repairs
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability issues
- Perform NY State inspections and manufacturer-recommended services
- Complete software updates, programming, and system diagnostics
- Collaborate with Parts Department for efficient workflow
- Inspect vehicles and recommend additional service needs
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Keep work area clean and adhere to safety standards
- Support and mentor junior or apprentice technicians
✅ Qualifications
- Experience as an Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic / Service Technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills (A & B techs preferred)
- Manufacturer or dealership experience preferred
- ASE certifications a plus (we will help you obtain them)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
