Position Overview

We are seeking a Warranty Manager to oversee post-construction warranty services. This role is highly customer service-focused, ensuring warranty requests are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy. The Warranty Manager will manage all warranty claims through warranty management software, track issue resolution, and act as the main point of contact for clients after project turnover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer service representative for all warranty-related inquiries, ensuring prompt, courteous, and solution-oriented responses.

  • Manage and track warranty requests using warranty management software, keeping records accurate and up to date.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, project managers, and field teams to resolve warranty claims quickly and effectively.

  • Provide clear communication to clients regarding claim status, timelines, and resolution steps.

  • Analyze data within warranty management software to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for process improvement.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients to reinforce HB Construction's reputation for quality and reliability.

  • Ensure warranty processes are aligned with company policies and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in warranty management, customer service, or construction-related service roles.

  • Proficiency with warranty management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar platforms).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer care.

  • Ability to manage multiple warranty cases simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Experience in construction or familiarity with building systems and carpentry a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mediate solutions between clients and subcontractors.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites in Albuquerque and surrounding areas.
