Express Employment Professionals is hiring Warehouse Associates for a growing operation in Irving, TX. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions with strong potential to become permanent opportunities.
This is a hands-on warehouse position combining receiving, sorting, inventory, order processing and basic computer/data entry work.
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Overtime: Occasional voluntary Saturday work may be available with advance notice.
What You'll Do
- Receive, count and sort incoming products
- Move and organize products throughout the warehouse
- Pick and prepare inventory according to work orders
- Perform basic computer data entry and update product information
- Package products and apply shipping labels
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Safely handle high-value products
- Operate manual/electric pallet jacks as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer and keyboard skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Forklift or electric pallet jack experience is a plus
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Able to follow established procedures and work well with a team
- Must meet client background screening requirements
The client's original JD specifically calls for warehouse experience, attention to detail, basic computer/typing ability and lifting up to 50 lbs, with material-handling equipment experience considered a plus.
