Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract-related processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams to support critical business functions.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert and super-user for the contract management system.
• Maintain and organize all documents within the contract management platform.
• Generate and distribute both scheduled and ad-hoc reports to relevant teams.
• Handle the distribution of force majeure notices and other physical notices to customers.
• Track and monitor new connection first flows, ensuring timely invoicing.
• Provide assistance to internal departments with contract-related inquiries or tasks.
• Maintain and update listings of dedicated acreage, ensuring accurate distribution.
• Collaborate with the Commercial and Measurement teams to share necessary reports.
• Support other contract-related responsibilities as assigned.• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in contract management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment for extended periods.
• Availability to address urgent tasks outside of standard working hours, as needed.
• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, and compliance processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms and financial services systems.
