Engineering Summer Internship – Cranberry Township, PA
Cadence is seeking motivated engineering students for a Summer Internship at our Cranberry Township, PA location. This program offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects in a professional manufacturing and engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
During this internship, you will support:

Equipment log rectification.

Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key product validation builds and reporting.

Production increases on a high-priority manufacturing line.
What You’ll Do

Assist with design, testing, analysis, and project development.

Conduct research, data collection, and basic engineering calculations.

Support technical documentation and reporting.

Participate in team meetings and design reviews.

Follow safety and quality standards.

Communicate progress and complete assignments on schedule.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Rising junior or senior preferred.

Strong academic performance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective written and verbal communication.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to CAD or other engineering software is a plus.
