Schedules (4-hour shift) 4 days
Monday through Friday, Shift Time: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Must be on time)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will be crucial in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Duties
- To maintain cleanliness in designated areas, perform routine cleaning tasks, including restrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, blowing debris, picking up dog droppings, and cleaning the BBQs
- Conducted facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and equipment upkeep.
- Provide custodial services in commercial settings, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Respond promptly to any cleaning requests or emergencies throughout the facility/Campus.
- Regularly inspect facilities for maintenance needs and report issues to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred, with 2-3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Able to cover when someone is sick during the weekdays.
