Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (required)
- Valid SLP license for Vermont, or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Pediatric/elementary caseload experience is a plus
- School-based work background preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to Pre K–8th grade students onsite
- Caseload of approximately 40 students, supporting speech/language development and intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents on IEPs and progress tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state/federal regulations
