Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator with expertise in Epicor to manage and optimize our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of ERP applications within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Epicor ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Perform regular system updates and upgrades to keep the ERP system current.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP software and related technologies.
- Manage SQL databases associated with the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Utilize VMWare for virtual server management and deployment of ERP applications.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP with other systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, specifically with Epicor ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and reporting.
- Proficiency in VMWare for server virtualization.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.
- Familiarity with network security concepts, including Firewalls and Switches is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, and experience with Cisco products is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
