Kansas City Hyundai – Merriam, KS
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Kansas City Hyundai is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Rental Car Concierge to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.
As our Rental Car Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing a rental vehicle while their vehicle is being serviced. You'll ensure every customer has a smooth, hassle-free experience from check-in to check-out.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a positive, professional attitude.
- Coordinate rental vehicle reservations, check-outs, and returns.
- Ensure rental vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
- Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and available options.
- Process rental agreements and payments accurately.
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the service department to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (rental car or automotive experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated to provide outstanding service.
