What You'll Do

Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and high-quality experience

Perform vehicle walk-arounds and review recommended maintenance or repairs

Create accurate repair orders and obtain all necessary customer and vehicle information

Communicate service updates and educate customers on vehicle care and manufacturer recommendations

Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty
What We're Looking For

Experience: Prior dealership or automotive service experience preferred (Cadillac or GM experience a plus)

Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and administrative accuracy

Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance

Requirements: Must be drug-free, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and pass a background check
