Job Description
We are looking for a Job Coach to help adults with special needs. This role involves visiting different job sites throughout the Inland Empire to offer hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Show employees how to complete simple general labor tasks safely</li>
<li>Transport consumers to and from off-site training sites.</li>
<li>Able to work 20 to 35 hours a week.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Comfortable teaching and demonstrating basic tasks</li>
<li>Patient, reliable, and supportive</li>
<li>Basic understanding of workplace safety</li>
<li>Must be 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license</li>
<li>Must pass a background check and drug test</li>
