Pest Control Sales and Service Technician

This role is for a sales-focused, results-driven professional who isn’t afraid to knock doors, start conversations, and close deals. You will commuting to the Bay Area to perform pest control services while aggressively growing new business in the field. If you can sell, there is significant opportunity for additional days, hours, and earnings.

What You’ll Do:

-Work schedule: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays of every week. 6 AM-5 PM.
-Commute to the Bay Area Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays to service customers and actively pursue new sales.
-Generate new customers daily through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and on-site upselling.
-Close new service agreements and build a growing customer base.
-Perform pest control treatments efficiently while identifying additional sales opportunities.
-Educate prospects and customers on pest issues and sell recurring service plans.
-Track leads, sales, and services accurately.
-Get paid while commuting to assigned Bay Area territories and paid on the drive back, not just for time on the job site.

Who We’re Looking For:
-Proven closer or strong sales personality with confidence speaking to homeowners and business owners.
-Comfortable with early mornings, commuting, and working independently.
-Competitive, money-motivated, and goal-oriented.
-Pest control experience is a plus but sales ability matters most.
-Valid driver’s license required.
