Location: Remote – Hiring attorneys located in Los Angeles, CA; New York City, NY; and Miami, FL. Work from your local market while collaborating closely with our nationally connected team.
Note: Candidates must have an active Bar license in the state where they are applying (California, New York, or Florida) and at least 3 years of private practice experience.

Job Description
- Advise business clients on sophisticated corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Develop innovative legal strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
- Build trusted relationships with business clients.
- Analyze complex legal issues and deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
- Contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
- Handle a wide variety of legal matters requiring creativity, flexibility, and sound business judgment.
Qualifications
- Active California, New York, or Florida Bar license.
- 3+ years of private practice experience.
- Business, corporate, or commercial law experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Solo practice backgrounds are welcome.
