Pay: $155,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year

Location: Full-time, primarily on-site in Yardley, PA (5 days/week), with occasional work-related travel and standard PTO.
Note: Must have an active Pennsylvania or New Jersey bar license and 3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense and or coverage experience strongly preferred).

Job Description
- Defend insurers and their insureds in first-party property and third-party liability matters
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including investigations, strategy, discovery, and motion practice
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and key discovery materials; take and defend depositions
- Prepare for mediations, arbitrations, and trial (including trial presentations)
- Research coverage issues and draft clear, client-ready coverage opinions
- Communicate directly with insurers, corporate legal departments, and opposing counsel to drive outcomes
- Coordinate with partners and senior counsel while also mentoring and supporting junior attorneys
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in PA or NJ required (additional licenses welcome; NY is a strong plus)
- 3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense and or coverage preferred)
- Strong writing, analysis, and case-management skills across multiple deadlines
- Confident communicator who works well in a team-forward, high-standards environment
