This Partnerships Lead position is both an internal and partner-facing role focused on supporting operations and fostering relationships within the AppFolio Stack Solution Partner program. The responsibilities that this individual will hold are likely to evolve over time, fostering opportunities for the incumbent to grow and develop their professional skills. Our Stack Solution Partners offer services that address our customers’ unique needs and also function as channel partners, aiding AppFolio’s robust sales team with key Sales initiatives. The incumbent will act as the primary liaison for many of AppFolio’s Solution Partners and will be tasked with monitoring and presenting key program metrics to internal teams, showcasing program value and progress. Additionally, they will facilitate partner enablement through strategic initiatives and training programs. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Training, and Product Marketing teams to drive the overall success of the Solution Partner program.

Your impact

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with AppFolio Solution Partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
    • Regularly communicate with AppFolio Solution Partners to understand their needs and goals
    • Provide timely support and resources to assist partners in achieving their objectives
    • Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for mutual growth and success
    • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams whenever necessary
  • Help track and measure AppFolio Stack Solution Partner program performance
    • Measure progress of outsourced implementation engagements
    • Regularly monitor, analyze, and present channel performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to cross-functional teams.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (such as sales, product, and marketing) to ensure smooth channel operations and support
  • Proficiently manage and monitor partner enablement initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and facilitate strategic growth.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive partner enablement tracking system or dashboard
    • Regularly assess partner training needs and provide available resources or materials
    • Monitor partner engagement with enablement resources
    • Coordinate with internal training or enablement teams to ensure timely delivery of content and support
    • Measure the effectiveness of partner enablement programs through feedback mechanisms or performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Experience with complex sales motions
  • Experience in relationship management
  • Experience working within enablement or on enablement-related projects
  • Experience with SaaS onboarding and implementation projects
  • Skill in managing and communicating program data and metrics efficiently

Must have

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS (Proptech preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Partnerships, Sales, Onboarding, Training & Enablement, or Product Marketing roles

LocationFind out more about our locations by visiting our site. Compensation & BenefitsThe compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $104,000.00 - 130,000.00 base pay. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The compensation range listed here does not include additional benefits or any discretionary bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
