Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator in the Los Angeles area. This position requires experience with organizing project operations and providing a range of administrative and coordination functions for software implementation projects. This is a hybrid position which requires various days in the office.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating communication and information flow among the project team members
This role supports the Project Manager with planning and executing projects, tracking progress and identifying challenges and risks
Provide Project Manager with analyzed reports with key metrics, and project data providing update and status on projects
Responsible for acting as resource for the team on processes, systems, and day to day work and progress
Develops presentation, dashboards, and visuals to communicate effectively the project status and technical details
Maintain log on project risk, change requests issue in tracking systems
Assist with analyzing project data, metrics, and KPIs for insights and trend identification
Ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple projects while working with a changing workload
Maintain confidentiality on all highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity

Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field being exposed to data related courses
At least 1 plus years’ experience planning projects, tracking software
Proficient with MS Office Suite to include TEAMS, Calendaring, Excel, and Smartsheet
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Seeking highly adaptable individual that is able to prioritize with a desire to learn

Compensation based on experience.
