Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Morton Comprehensive Health, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities that contribute directly to enhancing the mental health and wellbeing of your clients, including:

- Managing an active caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and maintaining professional boundaries while delivering compassionate care.
- Conducting regular sessions to evaluate client progress, addressing stability, planning future appointments, and overseeing client discharge when appropriate.
- Collaboratively developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that are centered on individual client needs.
- Staying diligent in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes for each client to track therapeutic developments.
- Performing comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
