Job Summary
The Wellness Attendant is responsible for ensuring a seamless, luxurious, and relaxing experience for all guests. This role involves maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards, providing excellent guest service, and supporting day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facilities. The ideal candidate is attentive, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding guest experience in a prestigious environment. This role oversees the cleanliness and organization of the spa, fitness facilities and spa poolside areas.
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or recreation facility roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic safety and first aid principles is advantageous.
• Proficient in computer systems and applications.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Can bend, stoop, reach above and below the waist, push, pull, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and assist with light physical tasks when needed.
