Philly Pretzel Factory is looking for a motivated, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Hershey area team! If you’re positive, reliable, and passionate about great service, we want to hear from you. Help us build a fun, productive workplace! Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead daily operations and motivate your team</li>
<li>Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service</li>
<li>Train, coach, and support staff development</li>
<li>Work alongside your team on the floor</li>
<li>Help maintain P&amp;L awareness and cost control</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Experience in customer service &amp; staff management</li>
<li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude</li>
<li>Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be available for daytime and weekend shifts</li>

Preferred (Not Required):

<li>Experience with catering or food service</li>
<li>Interest in local marketing and promotions</li>
