Role Description

We are seeking a Real Estate/Commercial Litigation Associate (ideally 4-7 years out of law school) for a full-time position at our New York, NY office (4 days in office). The ideal candidate will manage a variety of tasks, including handling legal research, preparing and responding to motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role involves close collaboration with experienced attorneys and clients to deliver successful outcomes in real estate and commercial litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting complaints, discovery and motions to support litigation processes effectively.
• Experience managing independent caseload.
• Experience in conducting depositions and managing discovery processes.
• Knowledge of court procedures and experience demonstrating effective courtroom advocacy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in Condominium/Cooperatives or Commercial Litigation is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience (our relevant associate salaries range from $200,000-$250,000).
