Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up manufacturing equipment and machinery for production runs.
- Install, adjust, and calibrate tooling, dies, and fixtures according to specifications.
- Perform test runs, inspect first-off parts, and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine setup, tooling, and process parameters.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance during changeovers to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions for precise setups.
- Document setup procedures, parameters, and any modifications made during changeovers.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in machine setup, changeovers, and tooling in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various hand and power tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving setup-related production issues.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Basic understanding or troubleshooting experience with PLCs.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
