Job DescriptionPosition Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of multifamily construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and mentor project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and support staff.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines, proactively addressing risks and delays.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, financials, and key milestones.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience in construction, with at least 5 years focused on multifamily projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: PMP or similar certification preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
