Public Finance Associate Attorney (Am Law 50 Firm)

Job Description

Lateral Link is partnering closely with a prestigious Am Law 50 firm in its search for a Public Finance Associate (mid-to-senior level) to join its Atlanta office.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling public finance transactions, including property tax and economic development incentive matters. Experience with bonds-for-title transactions, PILOT agreements, and similar incentive structures is strongly preferred. Candidates may have experience representing issuers, companies, or serving as bond counsel.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a nationally recognized practice and work on sophisticated economic development and public finance transactions for clients across a broad range of industries. Associates will have significant client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded partner in the field.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of public finance experience

• Experience with property tax and economic development incentive transactions

• Experience with bonds-for-title, PILOT, or similar programs preferred

• Commercial real estate experience is a plus

• Strong academic credentials

• Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
