Job DescriptionAbout the Job:ESS-318Safety Representative&nbsp;New Albany, OH&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Conduct regular field safety inspections and/or more formal audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.&nbsp; Must be able and willing to engage negative behavior and/or conditions to complete resolution. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that safety is a top priority on the site.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of all safety-related incidents and activities – entering the approved data software for advancing and /or data retention.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be capable of working with multiple subcontractors and their respective safety representatives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work extended work hours during the week and/or possibly weekend (over 40).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Minimum of (5) years of experience in construction safety.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Bilingual preferred but not required.</li>
</ul>
