Lester Glenn Auto Group, one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in New Jersey, is seeking motivated, customer-focused, and goal-oriented Sales Consultants to join our high-volume Subaru dealership in Toms River, NJ.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience required (automotive preferred, but not mandatory)
- Highly motivated, confident, and self-driven
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and email)
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Goal-oriented with a desire to exceed performance targets
- Ability to follow a structured sales process
- Self-starter who proactively generates and maximizes sales opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction at every step of the sales process
- Ability to work effectively in a fully transparent, customer-first environment at one of New Jersey’s largest Subaru dealerships
