We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial & industrial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Comply with all safety standards and regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed
Qualifications:
- Experience in property maintenance and HVAC mechanical systems
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment
- Skills in equipment repair and maintenance
- Proficiency in appliance repair, building, and design

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
