We are seeking a skilled and experienced Development Project Manager (ServiceNow System Administrator) to join our team!


Position Overview
We are seeking a Development Project Manager with current certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator to oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow, ensuring effective system administration, integration, and alignment with organizational business needs. The role requires mastery of ServiceNow System Administration, coupled with strong IT systems expertise and project management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary SME for ServiceNow, ensuring optimal configuration, administration, and performance of the platform.· Lead the design, development, integration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules.· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements using structured analysis and design methodologies.· Manage ServiceNow implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.· Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments to inform decision-making and project planning.· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.· Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and organizational procedures in system administration.· Prepare system documentation, reports, and project updates for leadership and client review.


Required Qualifications
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (active certification required).· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.· Meets the minimum requirements of GSA Labor Category: Applications/Systems Analyst, Senior, including degree and years of experience.· Extensive IT experience in the analysis, design, and integration of information systems and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software.· Proven expertise in structured analysis and design methodologies for translating business requirements into technical solutions.· Strong track record in ServiceNow project management and system implementation.· Ability to evaluate cost, resources, and risks associated with system development and integration projects.· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications
· Experience managing federal government or enterprise-level IT projects.· Familiarity with ITIL practices and ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other advanced modules.· PMP, ITIL, or other relevant professional certifications.
