Maintenance Technician III

Allied Resources is seeking Maintenance Technician III to maintain the community’s physical condition and respond to resident service requests by diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues promptly. A day in the life:

• Performing general maintenance and orderliness of property HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems.
• Ensuring the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive, and professional interactions.
• Working a rotating on call schedule to have 24/7 maintenance coverage

The wish list:

• Knowledge in at least one of the following disciplines: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Have a EPA Universal Certification
• High school diploma or GED graduate level.
