LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join our client's dynamic legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to high-profile litigation cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions

  • Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases

  • Manage and organize case files and legal documents

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and court appearances

  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in litigation

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
